The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) – Environmental and Sustainability Engineering Major provides a comprehensive understanding of sustainable engineering practices and environmental management. Students study units like Sustainable Design, Field Investigation, and Geographic Information Systems, while developing skills to address environmental challenges. Career prospects include roles as environmental engineers, sustainability consultants, and water resource managers, preparing graduates for impactful careers in environmental protection, resource management, and sustainable development.

At Royal Institute of Colombo, students are given the opportunity to pursue the first two years of their degree in Sri Lanka, all from the comfort of their home, saving substantial costs. RIC ensures a smooth transition to Deakin Australia to complete the final two years.
